(Original Caption) A cablegram from Tokyo states that a furor in official circles followed the publication of charges from London that Marguerite Harrison is a Soviet spy, and has been writing pro-Japanese articles for the Chugai, leading commercial paper from Siberia. In 1920 to 1921, Mrs. Harrison, who is well-known in Chicago, spent ten months in jail.
