(Original Caption) One of baseball's all-time greats, Frankie Frisch, relaxes in his new home, where he is recuperating from a recent heart attack. Scrapbook, plaque and baseball cap are among the mementoes of the brilliant career of the Fordham Flash, as he was known during his days with the St. Louis Cardinals. The 58-year-old Frisch began in major league baseball in 1919 and his last playing year was 1937.
