(Original Caption) 11/13/1943-Los Angeles, California- Los Angeles civic leaders, in a drive to combat juvenile delinquency, converted a deserted night club into the Club Los Pachucos to provide wholesome recreation for the young zoot suit crowd. But even as they jitterbugged at the formal opening, a new outburst of violence broke out and four youths landed in jail for attacks on two Marines.
