Artist's Description
(Original Caption) 4/15/1926-New York, NY: Working on the theory that their grandmothers enjoyed their pipe and bowl, girls are forming a pipe smokers club and it is yet possible, folowing this line of thought, that the girls will soon be seen smoking cigars. Among the founders of the club, who met at keen chop house in west 44th Street to draft a constitution and by laws, are Misses Irene Dunne, Irma Marwich, and lane blair of the "Sweetheart Time" Co. Kenn's is a fitting place for the organization of such a club, since for many years patrons of the famous chop house had their pipes ready for them after finishing their meals.
