Description
(Original Caption) Anything for a Thrill. Navigates Niagara. Back in 1931, William Hill decided he would attempt to duplicate the navigation of the lower rapids and whirlpool of Niagara, having successfully accomplished the feat the year previous. Having accomplished what folks said was "impossible", he rested on his laurels. Then, in 1951 he decided he would do the stunt again in a barrel made of rubber tubes. There is an old adage, "you can go to the wall once too often." He tried Niagara once too often. Death reached down.
