DURHAM, NORTH CAROLINA - 1964: Durham and Chapel Hill groups, consisting of North Carolina College, Duke University, and University of North Carolina students and faculty members, march past UNC's Marched Planetarium enroute to Chapel Hill's First Baptist Church during the 'Walk for Freedom' on January 12th, 1964. The Durham group completed the 13.5-mile hike while the Chapel Hill group walked 3.5 mile from outskirts of town to church in North Carolina in the 1960s.
