(Original Caption) Revolving cylinder traffic signal is great aid. Many new ideas in regard to facilitating traffic in the larger cities have been conceived but the little invention of H.H. Bock of Milwaukee, is the center of a post that occupies little space and costs but little is the idea that has been used successfully in Milwaukee and may be adopted elsewhere. A small light at the top changes with the turn of the cylinder and so directs traffic. Mr. Bock is shown with his device.
