(Original Caption) Moscow, U. S. S. R. Soviet Spy Gets Death Penalty. Soviet citizen Oleg Penkovsky grips dock rail as his death sentence before a firing squad is pronounced here May 11th. A former "scientific official," Penkovsky admitted collaborating with British businessman Greville Wynne in spying, reportedly, for British Intelligence Service. Wynne received an eight-year prison term.
