Our tote bags are made from soft, durable, poly-poplin fabric and include a 1" black strap for easy carrying on your shoulder. All seams are double-stitched for added durability. Just don’t order from this company. Communication is horrible, customer service is horrible. Ordered this puzzle well in advance of Christmas and at checkout I selected expedited shipping to further ensure timely delivery. Checkout gave me a delivery date of before Christmas. I received the puzzle over a month after Christmas. Not only did they fail to reply to my inquiries in a timely manner they didn’t even offer to refund my expedited shipping. When I insisted on a refund they only refunded a portion of it. This company is horrible!!! Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.
