(Original Caption) On 11/13/74 Karen Silkwood, 28, was killed when the car she was driving, shown in this file photo, left a road near Oklahoma City and crashed. The state highway patrol said she probably fell asleep but the union at the plutonium processing plant where she worked says they have evidence she was forced off the road.
