This beautiful swan dive would be pleasing enough if it ended in a swimming pool splash. Marta Bjorklund, however, does it the hard way: no water. It ends in some clever tumbling on the mat seen beneath the obstacle. The demonstration took place on board the Gripsholm as the Sophia Girls, a Swedish gymnast troupe arrived to take part in the Swedish Pioneer Centennial celebrations in the middle west and at schools and colleges in the east.
