(Original Caption) All of the followers of Mahatma Gandhi have continued their raids on the salt works in India, as a protest and demonstration of their rebellion. The above photo made at Wadals shows a Panjabi mounted on his horse as he charges the raiders, beating them with his "lathi" or what would be called a nightstick in the U.S. Many needed medical treatment.
