(Original Caption) 5/29/1914-Photo shows Professor Samuel P. Langley's "Folly," the first practical heavier-than-air flying craft. The pioneer aircraft was resurrected from the Smithsonian Institute by Glenn H. Curtis, who then flew it in a short flight at Hamonsport, NY.
