Artist's Description

(Original Caption) Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, creator of the world famous Sherlock Holmes mysteries, has met with some greater mysteries thru the medium of the radio telephone. Mr. F.D. Waller, of the John Firth Company of New York, who since 1901 have been pioneers in radio experimentation, introduced Sir Arthur to the mysteries of radio on the latter's visit to Atlantic City. Mr. Waller at the left is explaining in detail, the manipulation of the receiving set to the noted English novelist and spiritualist. So interested has Sir Arthur become that he has ordered installed in his English home, a complete radio outfit that he may explore the mysteries of the air as thoroughly as he has the psychic spheres.
