(Original Caption) 10/20/1959-New York, New York-Disc jockey Dick Clark sits on a chair and talks to newsmen. Clark told newsmen that his rock and roll "Caravan of Stars" was not responsible for a riot October 17th in Kansas City where 49 persons were arrested. "The show was over when the incident took place," Clark said. As a result of the riot, Minneapolis police chief Milton E.
