(Original Caption) 6/4/1929-New York, NY: Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., and Joan Craword, youthful screen stars, were wed June 3 at St. Malachy's Roman Catholic Church in New York City, even as they were denying any intention of marrying while on a brief vacation here. Fairbanks mother, Beth Sully, first wife of Douglas Fairbanks, was at the ceremony. Photo shows the couple after announcement of their wedding.
