Artist's Description

(Original Caption) 1/10/1947-Toledo, OH: He presses the first key down and the music goes round and round and comes out a deep bass note, although Tommy Tunks himself is a soprano right now, being only one year old. The horn belongs to Tommy's dad, who is a professional musician. The neighbors in Toledo, however, have no difficulty in telling when Mr. Tunk is comping on his oompa and when Tommy is on a toot.
