(Original Caption) 2/3/1926-Augusta, GA: The above photo shows Ty Cobb, famous slugger of the Detroit Tigers, as he appeared recently in the role of a nimrod in Augusta, GA. He is a keen sportsman and has many fine hunting dogs. He is shown above removing a brier from the paw of one of his favorite dogs and tying up the injured place with his handkerchief.
