(Original Caption) Looks Like Fresh Roast Ham, Doesn't It? But it happens to be a two-day-old hippopotamus born in the Berlin Zoological Park. The peculiar feature about the baby hippo is that the exceptionally tough and heavy hide has the appearance of being of a high polish. The head, ears, and feet are almost identical with those of a baby pig. However, at two days of age the hippo is as large as the average porker of several months.
