(Original Caption) 11/30/1925-Tacna, Peru- Just at the time that the boundary dispute between Chile and Peru assumed serious international proportions, and while Gen. Pershing and his commision is attempting to solve the problem, Don Arturo Allessandri, ex-President of Chile and known as Chile's first citizen, paid a visit to the disputed province of Tacna-Arica and was given an overwhelming ovation. He is shown above arriving at Tacna on Nov. 11 and being greeted.
