Writing Tablets metal print by Print Collector.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Writing tablets, 1690-1700, (1881). Etching of ivory tablets with gilded silver cover, made by J C Schmidt in Augsburg, Germany, in the late 17th century. The cover is decorated with an image of Ganymede and the eagle. From "The South Kensington Museum", a book of engraved illustrations, with descriptions, of the works of art in the collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum in London (formerly known as the South Kensington Museum).
