(Original Caption) 10/30/1934-Los Angeles, CA- There is a 10,000,000 dollar difference of opinion between Mrs. Agnes R. Rossman and the Pullman Company over the invention of these metal-curtained berths in one of the new streamlined trains. Mrs. Rossman claims that she holds the patents while the Pullman Company contends that there were at least 40 patents ante-dating hers.
