(Original Caption) Fifty one years at one job. Dora Ridder of Cincinnati is 76 years old. For the last fifty-one years she has been a cap maker. Fro the fifty-one years she has been making caps she has been making them for one concern. In all the fifty-one years she has never missed one day from her work. her present employers, grandsons of the first employer were not born when she went to work. Her sister Carrie has also been making caps in the same shop with Dora. Carrie, however is a comparatively new hand as she has only been on the job for 47 years.
