(Original Caption) 5/9/1947-Byelorussia, Russia: This woman is one of the workers charged with the job of constructing a giant tractor plant in Byelorussia as part of Stalin's new "Five Year Plan". Building workers were conscripted from the various republics of the USSR. The woman was trained in a Kiev factory. The first tractors must be turned out in 1948...that's a "Must".
