Description
(Original Caption) "What's all the shooting for?" Showing how old and young N.Y. office workers are becoming stronger than husky laborers, policemen or firemen by increasing their weight. The dumbbell one pound a day movement originated by Arthur Leslie, one of the West Side Y.M.C.A., an office worker who at forty-seven was flabby and weak and at fifty is the amateur weightlifter of the world for his age.
