Artist's Description

(Original Caption) 6/30/1971-Washington, DC- William Frazee, Chief of the Presses, makes a "V" for victory as he checks the first addition of the Washington Post 6/30 after hearing the Supreme Court's decision allowing newspapers to resume publication of a top secret Pentagon study of the Vietnam War.
