Artist's Description

(Original Caption) Mouse Found In Bread, They Sue Cushman's Sons Incorporated Bakers for $5,000. When Mrs. Mary G. Engel of Brooklyn, found, as she charges, a dead mouse in a loaf of bread two months ago, she fainted, and the resulting shock seriously interfered with the nursing of her six-months-old baby. Mrs. Engel has brought suit for $5,000 against Cushman's Sons, Inc., also of Brooklyn, who she alleges, made the bread. Mrs. Engel is the wife of a city fireman, attached to Truck Company #102. Photo shows Mr. and Mrs. Engel.
