The hide of a wild range steer appropriately bore one of the most unusual official documents ever issued when the State Seal was affixed and a hot branding iron in the hands of Governor George H. Dern signed Utah's official invitation to the annual frontier roundup which opens August the 19th in Salt Lake City. Photo shows Governor George H.
