AT SEA - MARCH 10: Flight deck workers are engulfed by steam from the catapult as they prepare to launch a U.S. Navy F-14 Tomcat from the U.S.S. Constellation March 10, 2003 in the Arabian Gulf. War planes continue to patrol the no-fly zone over Iraq as the threat of war increases after the U.S. issued a new deadline of March 17, 2003 for Saddam Hussein to completely disarm.
