(Original Caption) 7/11/1924-Colombes, France- Members of the decathlon team representing the United States at the Olympic Games pose just before one of the trial heats. Pictured (L-R) are: Norman Anderson; Emerson Norton; Harry Frenda; and Harold Osborne. Osborne, the American national champion, made the best time in the 100-meter dash, 11 1/5 seconds. Frenda and Norton shoved in 11 3/5 seconds, while Anderson, running lame, shoved in 11 4/5.
