'Urbi et Orbi', 1889. Henry Jeams, 'Sir Wretched Fibster' and John Bull. Sir Wretched Fibster was the name given by Irish supporters of Home Rule to Sir Richard Webster (1842-1915), the British barrister, politician and Judge who was an outspoken opponent of it.
