It can be seen on the skin of these tomatoes they have not been treated with chemicals such as pesticides.Forgotten for years, tomatoes "beef heart" made their return there fifteen years. Organic farmers have made them out of oblivion.They mature in summer. They have become the stars of stalls shops and markets as well as other varieties forgotten.
