(Original Caption) 1/29/1919-Chicago, IL: Chicago has instituted a spirited drive to raise funds for starving Armenia. The opening of the drive was commemerated by the raising of flags at the City Hall and with a hearty cheer, the many workers for the fund are busy soliciting coins. Miss Victoria Jarjorian and Mrs. Paul Shekerjian, Armenian rug weavers, aided the drive in an original manner, weaving a rug in a store window, while scrowds look on.
