The Duke of Wellington', circa 1800-1810, (1890). Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington (1769 -1852) British soldier and Tory statesman served twice as Prime Minister and was a victor against Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815.
