There's a new look in store for the roofs of America when the Federal Communications Commission licenses ultra high frequency television stations, one of the steps necessary for the total of TV stations to increase to more than 2,000. The way has been opened to this expansion by the FCC lifting its 3 1/2 year freeze on new stations. The antennae shown were designed by the engineers of the Radio Corporation of America to receive telecasts from the pioneering UHF station at Stratford, Connecticut.
