Artist's Description

(Original Caption) Washington: A can of Starkist tuna labeled as "dolphin safe" was used as evidence at a House subcommittee hearing 7/25 on the need for mandatory tuna can labeling. While the nation's top three tuna companies have agreed to stop using tuna fishing methods which kill dolphins, Congress wants to enact legislation making misrepresentation of fishing methods a crime.
