LONDON, ENGLAND - MAY 18: A graffiti artist paints as young men skateboard in the skate park at the Southbank Centre on May 18, 2013 in London, England. Plans are underway to refurbish the Festival Wing, the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room and Hayward Gallery complex, including the 'Undercroft', which would be replaced with new arts venues and retail outlets. The skate park, hailed as the birthplace of British skateboarding, is to be moved to nearby Hungerford Bridge, which has caused anger amongst the skateboarding and bmxing community.
