(Original Caption) 1929-Dr. Vladimir K. Zworykin, Russian-born scientist, demonstrates new cathode ray television system developed at the Westinghouse Reserach Laboratories in 1929. Dr. Zworykin's experimentation laid groundwork for all-electronic television.
