(Original Caption) 1/30/1952-New York, NY: As the temperature in New York dropped to ner zero mark today, most New Yorkers seemed to think that nowhere on earth was it as cold. But take a lok at the fishing boat "Katie D", just into the Fulton Fish Market from a trip to where it was much, colder. Katie is wearing a heavy overcoat of ice, some of which makes a nice frame for Hardy crewman Andrew Grant, of Brooklyn, who stands behind the icy rigging.
