A boy climbing out of a window to run away, carrying his possessions bundled up into a spotted handkerchief, and giving a last look at the room he is leaving. From a bound volume of “Chatterbox”, edited by J Erskine Clarke and published by Wells Gardner, Darton & Co, London.
