McCarthy, (R) WI; Assistant to the Committee Council Jerome Adlerman; Sen. Karl Mund, (D) SD and Committee Counsel Robert Kennedy as the latter briefed the probers on closed door testimony given by James B. Elkins, a Portland, OR, gambler, who returned to the witness stand today to continue his testimony on labor racketeering.
