These are not traditional railroad tracks. This is two I-beams connected together with a cross beam & not with a railroad tie. These are not two railroad steel tracks. The separate lengths of I-beams are also welded together at the point of the cross beam. Some type of wheel could ride inside the void of the I-beams but would not be a traditional type of railroad car or engine & would have to go very slow as not to jump out of the void inside the I-beam? The photo should be renamed to "I-beams Into Water" instead!
