Artist's Description

(Original Caption) Photo shows Benjamin Catchings, prominent lawyer of Washington, D.C., who has asked the Supreme Court for an injunction writ against the Secretary of State Kellogg in his effort to prevent the U.S. entry into the World Court. He has asked the Secretary of State to show cause why he should be restrained from consummating this country's entrance into the world tribunal. Mr. Catchings at one time sued to stop payment of the soldier's bonus.
