Taken at Birishiri, Netrokona, Bangladesh. I was sitting there at sunset to get my hands on to some good shots. The light was heavenly and these kids were playing in golden rays. Our rivers are dying! This huge bridge proves how wide once she was and it is not long before it was a playground for aqua life. This population grew up basing on her resources and blessings! Now she is only 5-10% of what she was even just before 8-10 years and turned into a resource-less desert causing thousands of people to displace, the fishermen, the boatmen you name it. All of them are now looking for new fortune, new professions. Irony, we are yet to understand the definition of environment refugee let alone to recognize them!
