Description
Bergamo is divided into two very different parts: the Upper City (Città Alta) and the Lower City (Città Bassa). The lower part of the city, despite that it has also an ancient origin and that preserves its historic neighbourhoods, it is the most modern part, where the new residential areas have been built.
