Artist's Description

(Original Caption) O.J. Simpson (32), of the Buffalo Bills, heads for the goal line on a 13-yard run in the second quarter against the NY Jets. Ralph Baker (51), of the Jets, is helpless to prevent the score. Simpson, prancing like a reindeer across the frozen, snow-covered tundra of Shea Stadium, became the first 2,000-yard rusher in pro-football history and shattered Jim Brown's NFL season rushing record with a 198-yard effort.
