Artist's Description

(Original Caption) Now It Is UP to Bryan to Explain Again. New York, New York: George Olsen and J. McKenzie Young, preparators at the American Museum of Natural History, New York City, examine the skull of a "Titanothere" an animal that existed on earth many hundreds of millions past. This skull, the only one ever discovered, was one of the finds of the Roy Chapman Andrews expedition in Mongolia, and after weeks of scraping and patching together the bones taken from petrified earth it is now practically complete.
