Wall decoration from the Mastaba of Ptahhotep at Saqqara, Egypt. Ptahhotep was an ancient Egyptian vizier during the late 25th century BC and early 24th century BC, 5th Dynasty of Egypt. Wood engraving after an ancient painted stone relief, published in 1879.
