(Original Caption) United States Circuit Court reversed the jury decision which found Mrs. Mary Ware Dennett guilty of sending obscene matter (sex pamphlets) through the mail. Not only was she given her freedom, but the court said she added dignity to the subject. Photo shows Mrs. Dennett at her home where friends congratulated her.
