(Original Caption) A Gown in Fifteen Minutes. Sounds too good to be true in these days of the H.C. of L. but Madame Marguerite, well known designer of New York and Chicago created this frock of hand blocked indestructible voile and reseda green pussy willow satin in less than fifteen minutes. The exhibition was a feature of the Fashion Show given by Lucille in the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel, Philadelphia, yesterday for the benefit of the Blind Relief Fund of Philadelphia.
